We are absolutely thrilled to welcome you to our new digital home. A lot of hard work has gone into upgrading your comping experience, and we are incredibly excited to finally share it with you all.

Here is everything you need to know about getting settled in and exploring the new platform.

Getting Your Account Set Up

All existing accounts have been securely transferred over to the new system. To get logged in, just follow these quick steps:

• Click on Forgot Password on the login page.

• Enter the email address linked to your Unleashed account.

• Follow the reset password link sent to your inbox.

Quick Tip: Don't forget to check your junk/spam folder! Be sure to add us to your contacts so our future emails land straight in your primary inbox.

What’s New on the Site?

We've added some fantastic new features to make the community bigger and better than ever.

• Custom User Profiles: You can now set up your very own profile. Add your favorite picture and fill in your details. If you prefer to keep things private, simply select the 'Hide Profile' option.

• The Unleashed Blog: You are reading this on our brand-new blog page! This is where we will post all the latest updates and behind-the-scenes news. Make sure to jump into the comments and have your say.

• Community Activity Feed: We now have a dedicated space for everyone to post, chat, and connect. Head over to the feed and introduce yourself.

• Refer & Earn: Share the love and get rewarded. Invite as many people as you want, and you will receive £5 in site credit for every single person who signs up.

• Spin the Wheel: Whenever you spend £10 or more in a day, you unlock two spins on our new prize wheel for a chance to win a discount code or free site credit.

• Instant Win Carousel: Keep an eye on the homepage. Our new carousel runs all day, showing you exactly who is scooping up the instant wins in real time.

• Cash Back: For every £1 Spent you will receive money back on your order in the form of site credit.

• Install the app - Scroll down the home page and follow the instruction on how to install our app for Apple/ Android & Windows PC.

• Winners - You can now see who won what comp. As it stays on the page in the winners section.

Important Draw Time Update

Please note that we have made a slight adjustment to our daily schedule. Moving forward, competitions will now end at 9:00 PM, and the live draws will kick off at 9:30 PM.
